Expert Grant Seeking Assistance
In 2013, life changed dramatically for homeless youth living on the streets of Billings, Montana, when Tumbleweed Runaway Program was awarded a $900,000 grant annually for three years from the Administration for Children and Families. This grant was was one of only four awarded that year, and was composed by Rodda Consulting.
In 2015, Tumbleweed again received recognition as a tremendous community and regional asset when they were chosen as one of three applicants nationwide to receive a $600,000 annual grant for combating Human Trafficking.

How much does strategic planning cost?

Costs vary, but generally start at $3,500 and increase from there depending on the size of your organization, scope of work, and time involved to ensure your organization is ready to embrace a plan and move forward.
Are You Able to Train our Board Members?
Yes! We recognize that most Board Members often join simply because they were asked, but very few have been trained for the important work they must accomplish. Rodda Consulting can provide basic and more advanced board training as you grow and change so your organization can flourish.
What does 'Hands-On Expertise Mean'?
Hands-On Expertise describes a service available for a select number of clients, making our own expert skills available when you need something done that cannot be achieved with your current staff or when positions are vacant. One example is contracted development assistance (connecting with donors and grantors, professionally writing your communication pieces (newsletters, appeals, thank you letters, etc.). Other services may include grant-maker research and recommendations, website copy improvements...There are many options to explore, and all are secured by a clearly defined contract for services.
