Grant writing and program development assistance: Life changed dramatically for homeless youth living on the streets of Billings, Montana, when Tumbleweed Runaway Program was awarded a $900,000 grant for three years from the Administration for Children and Families. Highly competitive, it was one of just four awarded that year.
